Secret CoD: Black Ops Mode

It's only been on shelves for a handful of hours but already one of Call of Duty: Black Ops most intriguing secrets has been unearthed with the discovery of Dead Ops Arcade, a twin-stick retro shooter that's hidden within the game's menus.

Dead Ops Arcade is accessed from the start menu – players simply have to wrestle free from their restraints then mosy along to a computer terminal and input CD and then DOA on its in-game keyboard.

Cool of them to include a hidden mode. Though it certainly didn't take long for people to figure it out.

Goddell doesn't think active players should have say in discipline

The commissioner said Monday the league has been opposed to allowing active players or team officials to get involved in deciding punishments. The league recently increased its enforcement of rules against flagrant hits

"I always seek to get players' involvement," Goodell said. "I actually work very hard to make sure we understand the players' perspective. As a matter of fact, bringing James Harrison in last week was an opportunity to be able to hear from an active player -- what he's thinking, what's his perspective, what's he challenged with -- so we can make sure we understand that as we're going forward in the season."

Some of these fines have been ridiculous especially for a lot of the non-flagrant hits.

Mortal Kombat

In the latest episode of Gametrailers TV, Geoff Keighley talks with Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon about MK9. In the interview we find out that Jax and his infamous subway level are going to be making a return. On top of that he also mentions that there will be downloadable characters after the game launches but the final roster or price of the DLC have been finalized.

If you want to hear the information first hand you'll need to watch the episode.

I know its old but thought it was interesting.
